We provide a pre-approval training course during the application process called ‘skills to foster’, to give you a real insight into the life of a foster carer, and a child in care before you take on the role. Once you are approved, there are many opportunities to learn and develop your skills across a wide range of topics, which are reflected and rewarded with our skills-based payment structure.
