2022 Children's Christmas Parties

What better way to get into the Christmas spirit, than by welcoming nearly 900 children and foster carers to St George’s Hall and Anfield for our annual Children’s Christmas parties.

Full of festive cheer, we danced, played party games and enjoyed making Christmas craft creations (art supplies donated by the Council's Adult Learning Service and CASS Art).  The party food and treats were a hit along with special appearances from some of the children’s most loved famous characters, and of course a visit from a special someone in a red suit (mentioning no names, but our Director for Children’s Services was nowhere to be seen!).

Massive thanks to Aladdin’s Cave entertainers for their amazing energy and passion for giving the children the best time.  We also had a guest appearance from Jem's Dance troop who gave a wonderful performance with some very impressive moves!

Also thanks to the brilliant St George’s Hall, D’Vine Catering and Liverpool Football Club for hosting and supporting our parties, and finally to John Lewis & Partners at Liverpool One for their donation of selection boxes.

When we were all danced out, we said goodbye to lots of little smiling faces.  The greatest gift of all!
